Prone Hang Knee Exercises

PRONE HANG … Patellar Tendon Graft ONLY

This exercise is designed to increase the extension or straightening of the knee.

Lie on your front with your kneecaps just off the end of your bed and let your leg hang straight.

Hold for a few minutes or as long as possible – or as directed by your physio.

Repeat this exercise 4 times per day.
