Knee Extension with Band Knee Exercises

KNEE EXTENTION WITH BAND TO 45°

Sitting on a chair, tie the band around your operated ankle and the leg of your chair. Straighten your knee to an angle of 45 degrees – no further.

Hold for 5 seconds and then return to your original position.

Repeat this exercise as directed by your physio / 3 – 4 times per day
