Flexion Hang Knee Exercises

FLEXION HANG

This exercise will help if your knee is particularly stiff.

  • Lie on your bed.
  • Bring your knee in towards your chest.
  • Clasp your hands behind your knee, relax your leg and allow your heel to drop down towards your bottom.
  • You will feel a stretching sensation across
    the front of your knee.
  • Hold for a few minutes or as long as possible.

Repeat this exercise 5 times per day.
